Below is how you can update your payment account information in your Stripe account. You can access your Stripe account dashboard through your Empower driver app.
To update your banking information, please follow the steps below:
- Open your Empower app
- Click the ’☰’ menu button on the top left
- Click on 'Stripe dashboard’
- Enter the Stripe verification code that will be text to your phone
- Click the Stripe ’☰’ menu button on the top left
- Click on ‘Settings’
- Scroll down to the ‘Payout details’ section
- Click the ‘Edit’ option that appears on the right of the screen
Note that you will need to verify your existing payment account information before making changes to your account.
