Available ride credits will be applied to your fares automatically. Credit amounts change depending on the market and available promotions. You can, however, view your ride credit information anytime in your Empower rider app.
Open the Empower rider app
- Select the menu (three lines in top left of screen)
- Select View profile
Your profile screen lists your current ride credit balance and includes the amount that will be automatically applied to your next fare.
