The fastest way to notify your driver is to use the lost item feature in your Empower rider app.
Open the Empower rider app
- Select the menu (three lines in top left of screen)
- Select Ride History
- Open the ride that the items we left in
- Select the “Lost an Item?” option
- Fill in the details and click Submit
This process will notify your driver of the missing item and how they can contact you to organize a return. Any arrangement to return the item is between you and your driver. Please note that Empower cannot guarantee the retrieval of lost items.
